It's very easy, when you run the program, it appears a list of indications, click on one of them and record your voice telling that indication. Record all indications and then connect the GPS to the PC and transfer the file.

I See Garmin just released 'Garmin Voice Studio™'

This application only runs on a PC and not a Mac.
I called Garmin this morning (it took 35 minutes to get through) and couldn't get a definitive answer as to, if and/or, when this application would be available for the Macintosh operating system.
